What is Elavo AI?
Elavo AI is an all-in-one AI-powered platform built for solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. It handles customer messaging across web chat and social media; automates appointment booking; and gives you AI Learning & Training tools so your assistant gets smarter over time — all from a single dashboard.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most business owners are fully set up in under 30 minutes. You create your account, enter your business details, and your AI assistant is ready to respond to customers. No technical skills or coding required.
Do I need any technical experience to use Elavo AI?
None at all. Elavo AI is designed for business owners, not developers. Everything is managed through a simple dashboard — no code, no integrations to configure, no IT department needed.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. We offer a free 7-day trial so you can explore the full platform before you pay anything. You can cancel anytime during the trial period and you will not be billed.
AI Assistant & Learning
How does the AI assistant work?
Your AI assistant reads incoming customer messages and generates responses based on your business information, services, and any knowledge you have added. It can answer common questions, collect booking details, and send follow-ups — automatically, around the clock.
What is AI Learning & Training?
AI Learning & Training lets you actively improve your assistant over time. After the AI sends a response, you can rate it — thumbs up or thumbs down. You can also add knowledge documents (FAQs, service details, policies) and leave notes on specific conversations. The AI learns from every piece of feedback you give it.
Will the AI ever say something incorrect to my customers?
Your AI only draws on information you have provided. It won't make things up about your business. For anything it doesn't know, it will let the customer know you'll follow up personally — so no misinformation ever reaches your customers.
Can I review AI responses before they are sent?
Yes. You can configure your assistant to run in review mode, where responses are queued for your approval before sending. Once you trust how it handles certain message types, you can switch those to fully automatic.

What communication channels does Elavo AI support?
Elavo AI brings web chat and Facebook Messenger together in one unified inbox. All customer messages — regardless of where they came from — appear in a single view so nothing falls through the cracks.
Does Elavo AI support Facebook Messenger?
Yes. Elavo AI integrates directly with Facebook Messenger so your AI assistant can respond to customer messages on your Facebook page automatically — the same way it handles web chat. Every Facebook conversation flows into your unified inbox alongside your other channels.
Does Elavo AI support SMS messaging?
SMS messaging is coming very soon. We are actively working on this feature and it will be available to all Elavo AI customers shortly after launch. Stay tuned for the announcement.
Does Elavo AI support voice communications?
Voice communication support is on our roadmap and will be released very soon. We are building this feature to allow your AI assistant to handle inbound calls and voicemails — keeping every customer touchpoint covered from a single platform.
What happens if a customer sends a message outside business hours?
Your AI assistant is available 24/7. It will respond immediately regardless of the time, collect any information needed, and either handle the request automatically or create a follow-up for you when you are back online.
Smart Scheduling
How does smart scheduling work?
When a customer asks to book an appointment, your AI collects the necessary details — service type, preferred date and time, contact info — confirms availability, and adds the booking to your calendar automatically. Reminder messages are sent to the customer before the appointment.
Can customers reschedule or cancel through the AI?
Yes. Customers can text to reschedule or cancel, and the AI handles the entire process — updating the calendar and sending confirmation — without any manual work on your end.
Does Elavo AI integrate with Google Calendar or other calendars?
Google Calendar integration is available. Support for additional calendar platforms is on the roadmap. Contact us if you need a specific integration.

What SEO and marketing tools does Elavo AI include?
Elavo AI includes built-in SEO tools that optimize your business listing for local search. You get AI-generated meta descriptions, keyword targeting, and a live Google preview so you can see exactly how your business appears in search results before it goes live.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. Your business information is used solely to power your AI assistant.
How do I provide feedback or request new features?
