What is included in the $99/month plan?
Everything Above. The $99/month flat fee gives you the full Elavo AI platform — AI Assistant, AI Learning & Training, Unified Inbox, Smart Scheduling, SEO & Marketing tools, and your business dashboard. No hidden fees, no per-seat charges.
How does the Credit Card Processing add-on work?
For an extra $4.99/month you can collect deposits or full payments when customers book. Payments run through Stripe and land directly in your bank account. Stripe charges its own per-transaction processing fee — those fees are billed separately by Stripe, not by Elavo AI. You can turn the add-on on or off any time from your billing settings.
How does the SMS Texting add-on work?
For an extra $149/month you get a dedicated phone number for your business with unlimited SMS and iMessage. Customers text your number and reach your AI receptionist directly — the AI replies as your business, books appointments, and answers questions. When you enable the add-on, we provision a dedicated number for you, usually within a few hours and at most 24. SMS is intentionally not included in the base $99/month plan because a phone line carries a real per-line cost.
I run multiple businesses — do I need separate accounts?
No. Add the Secondary Business add-on for $79/month per extra business and run them all under one login. Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform. You can cancel anytime during the trial period and you will not be billed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account settings and you will not be charged after your current billing period ends.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
